The City Market of Mysore has several attractions; the building, the smaller of the clock towers, fresh vegetables and fruits, different shops, sweets, and people, young and old.
I remember reading somewhere that the lines of R K Narayan's first novel on Malgudi was actually inspired by Mysore; a small town with large boulevards, laid-back lifestyle, strong coffee and simple people. Well sometimes I have to...you know give way to about 20% of banality into a photograph if it is that absolutely overwhelming shot of fabulous architecture, flocked by tourists fishing out tiny digital cameras or admiring the juicy honeycombs thinking them to be ancient.
